Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse facility.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality, identify damages, and ensure proper packaging before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to our location.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for scanning labels and following safety instructions.
