Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reconciling stock.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
