Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure quality control and prevent damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
