Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
