Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with speed and accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse efficiently.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all orders are correct.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and manage inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
