Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely handle packages and goods from delivery trucks to the warehouse floor.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Packing & Labeling: Ensure all items are correctly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must provide valid ID and social security card for onboarding.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check.
