Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles, but a plus).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
