Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and prepare packages for daily delivery and shipping.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and customer service inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
