Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise onto pallets, skids, or conveyors for shipment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the inventory control team.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly to maintain operational standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order selection.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
