Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Package, seal, and prepare products for shipping using appropriate materials and methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks utilizing both manual and mechanical equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift with proper form.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Oklahoma City facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
