Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory to maintain organized stockrooms.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment and areas.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety labels and inventory codes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse floor, but helpful for logistics).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
