Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize conversion funnels
- Lead a team of 4-5 marketing specialists and coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Manage digital advertising budgets exceeding $500K annually with ROI-focused reporting
- Create compelling content strategies including blogs, videos, and email marketing sequences
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign management success
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
