Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into nascent technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces, Spatial Computing) to assess viability.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, managing a budget of up to $5M annually.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to foster innovation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with long-term development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects with a focus on long-term innovation.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to forecast industry shifts.
- Strong leadership presence with experience building and mentoring high-performance teams.
