Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries and support
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records

- Represent CityServe LA with professionalism and positivity
- Support community outreach initiatives when needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry)
- Reliable transportation to our downtown LA location
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
