Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to explain products or services that may benefit the customer.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, whether remote or on-site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and email).
