Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex issues and provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet departmental goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve service standards and product knowledge.
Qualifications
