Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet departmental goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
