Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal database systems.

- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
