- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Assist in the training of new hires and share best practices with the team.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
