- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address service gaps and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify and recommend product or service upgrades to existing clients to enhance their experience.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
