Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining company policies and product features.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the database to track service quality.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
