- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer needs
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service techniques
- Meet daily performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued but not required
