Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately input customer data into our CRM systems and maintain updated records.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
- Reliable transportation to our Miami office.
