Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and email with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal database systems.
- Identify and communicate product or service improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Reliable transportation is required for on-site shifts.
