Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
