Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for both customers and staff.
- Learn and utilize internal software systems to track customer data and service history.
- Assist in organizing community events and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; a strong work ethic is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and a quick learning curve for new software.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
