Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently using CRM software and internal databases.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in our system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Provide product and service information to prospective clients.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and company policies.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
