Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure seamless product adoption
- Monitor client usage metrics and proactively address concerns
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities
- Document client interactions and maintain CRM accuracy
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Contribute to product feedback based on client insights
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction score targets
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic data analysis experience with Excel/Google Sheets
