Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct product onboarding sessions to help clients maximize the value of our services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay actionable insights to the product and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex account issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
