What You Will Do:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will work closely with our management team to resolve issues, process orders, and maintain our high standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to update and maintain accurate customer account information.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and process improvements.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer needs have been fully resolved.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
