Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and navigating our products/services to ensure satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize internal CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and history.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve complex customer escalations.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and product knowledge.
- Conduct follow-up calls with new clients to ensure their onboarding experience is seamless.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote support (if applicable).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
