Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries via phone and email.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and technical setup.
- Document client interactions and feedback in our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to report bugs and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct product training sessions for client accounts.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure client retention targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues independently.
