Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.

- Collaborate with the support team to develop solutions for recurring customer issues.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product improvements.

Qualifications
