Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues for our clients.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to escalate complex tickets to senior staff.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve technical knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
