Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting problems and providing accurate information.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all departments.
- Assist in training new hires and share best practices with the support team.
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary; we train all candidates from the ground up.
- Basic computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and explain complex topics simply.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
