Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and resolving issues efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers in navigating our products and services, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to understand best practices and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Process Improvement: Document customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Training & Development: Actively participate in daily training sessions and role-plays to sharpen your skills and product knowledge.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for customer satisfaction and response times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Attitude: A strong desire to learn, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday) with occasional availability for shift work.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
