Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or management.

Qualifications
