Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network connectivity problems and printer issues.
- Perform basic computer maintenance and updates.
- Document all incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist senior technicians with more complex tasks to gain experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer operations (Windows and Mac OS).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
