Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist users with network connectivity and system troubleshooting
- Install and configure workstations, peripherals, and software
- Document incidents and solutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior team on infrastructure projects
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
