Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with network administration tasks including user account management
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification a plus
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs for equipment handling
