Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and system updates
- Create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles
