Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, Mac) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
