Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process customer orders, handle returns, and manage daily transactions.
- Collaborate with the local management team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold company standards.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating the web, and email).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
