Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly upon entry and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to help them find products.
- Sales & Operations: Operate POS systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash with precision.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales goals.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Adaptability: Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed to support the store's success.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; we train our own.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Schedule: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Attitude: A positive work ethic and a genuine desire to help others.
