Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and displays are rotated regularly.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Perform end-of-day cash balancing and report any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Orlando location.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
