Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspecting: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently locate items and prepare them for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Maintaining Inventory: Keep accurate records of stock levels and update inventory management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for local travel).
