Responsibilities
- Manage office calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for leadership team
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support employee onboarding processes including orientation materials and training coordination
- Oversee inventory management, supply procurement, and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with event planning for community outreach initiatives and internal functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with customer service focus

- Must be available to start immediately and work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
