Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery and equipment safely.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to ensure all products meet strict standards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Document production data and time logs accurately for payroll purposes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read safety charts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus location.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
