Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines and automated production equipment
- Perform quality checks and maintain product specifications
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
- Train new team members on processes and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pre-employment background check required
