Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap focused on organizational agility and digital transformation.
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Automation) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Design and implement flexible work models, hybrid strategies, and policy frameworks that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on the vision for 2026 and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the integration of new collaboration tools and platforms into existing workflows.
- Measure the impact of strategic initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as core pillars of our future operational model.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in organizational development, strategic planning, or operations management.
- Proven track record of leading complex change management initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to communicate a compelling vision to executive leadership and employees.
- Experience with emerging HR technologies and remote collaboration platforms.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the changing landscape of work post-2024.
