- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve model inference speed and reduce latency in high-traffic production environments.
- Model Governance: Implement best practices for model monitoring, bias detection, and safety guardrails to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- Research Background: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, and NLP techniques.
